Getting you back in the classroom will be good for all of us.

Dear Malcolm,

The classroom knocks all of us down a peg (or a dozen)--we're doing stuff that matters. We need to get it right.

Dear Brazen,

Indeed.

To be fair, though, we never have done enough, at least not until we are too weak to go any further. We dance, we play, we fight for what matters, and eventually we die. And it's all good.

(I have posted on your blog, but my words disappeared.)

Dear Sherrie,

If I did not believe that it did, I'd be doing something else. What we do matters. If we do not believe this, we need to do something else.

And isn't it grand to live a life that means something?

Dear Dina,

Until Leslie jumped in, I thought that was Emerson, too--God I love that woman!doylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12901661320505882735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4956989639073843954.post-45137590046064850012012-06-14T16:36:43.045-04:002012-06-14T16:36:43.045-04:00Ah! It turns out it's not his(http://emerson.tamu.edu/Ephemera/Success.html), but it's still very wise.Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04789466193565758716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4956989639073843954.post-90060810083714029542012-06-13T06:31:10.100-04:002012-06-13T06:31:10.100-04:00You know this by heart, I expect.
